'Comfort' Sculpture

Two transmasc werewolves sharing a tender moment. 

My first anthropomorphic piece since graduation in 2021, these are the latest in my ongoing explorations into sculpting queer/transmasc life. I hope these wolves bring a little joy into your life, as lots of love has been put into them.

These guys are quite fragile (feet and tail mostly) and should be placed carefully in your home away from danger. Do not display outside. This is made to sit on the edge of whatever surface you display on, so make sure that their legs are not in danger of getting caught by passersby, hit by dog tails, etc. I am happy to do any repairs or touch-ups if needed down the line. Will be shipped in a reusable long-term storage box!

Sculpted by hand from red earthenware clay, painted with many layers of underglaze. Small areas of epoxy highlight shiny areas (nose, eyes, etc). Fired in a kiln to cone 02. These boys will outlast you and I if taken well care of! I will never make a copy of this piece, it is OOAK. 

I do not currently feel comfortable shipping larger sculptures like this outside of the United States, sorry! Shipping costs skyrocket due to needing to double box pieces this fragile & international shipping is very risky.
